Best option for training once a week or less. Attend any class on the timetable you like.

One-Four participants per session
One-On-One PT 30 mins
Great starting point for getting back into a healthy routine. And because it’s all about you and your goals, personal training is a focused and effective way of getting the results you want
One-On-One PT 45 mins
Ready to ramp it up? We'll take into account your specific goals, body shape, exercise preferences, current condition, health requirements and lifestyle to tailor an exercise program just for you.
Small Group PT 45 mins $35 per person
Training with friends is a fantastic way to keep each other accountable to your goals. It's also great to be able to encourage and support each other through the workout so you can give it your all.
