These sessions are all about getting mums out and doing something for themselves. No excuses, bring the kids along, this is a women's only class that is completely child/baby/pram friendly.
We are INDOORS in a large open hall which means weather is never an issue and the kiddies are kept comfortable and safe.

Price: $300 for 3 sessions per week, $240 for 2 session per week, $120 for 1 session per week
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A MUMS FITNESS SESSION?
Each session is one hour including a sufficient warm-up and stretching at the end. Sessions are designed to suit all fitness levels and abilites and will provide you with a foundation on which to achieve your personal goals. Structuring of sessions mostly utilises timed circuits and drills so each individual can push themselves to their "own" limits.
No two sessions are EVER the same!
YES, OF COURSE YOU BRING THE KIDS!
These sessions are all about getting mums out and doing something for yourselves. For many, that means bringing the kids along and that is why we offer Mums Fitness sessions where we promote an understanding and welcoming environment for you and your little ones. If your child is unhappy, wants you, or even just needs a toilet run, you attend to them as you need. We have ample room for the kids to bring bikes, scooters, push-a-longs, or sit to the side with toys, colouring books, ipads, and bubbas in their prams.
ARE YOU NEW TO DYNAMIC AND WOULD LIKE A FREE TRIAL?
Are you new to Dynamic and are not sure how your little one/s will go with you off exercising? Many mums can be more anxious about how their children will be during the hour than the actual exercising. No need to be worried about either BUT if committing for the full 8wks is too daunting a prospect due to the unknown, then I invite you to come and do a FREE trial to see how 'both' of you go.
