Our classes are scientifically designed to burn body fat and increase lean muscle and cardiovascular fitness in a time-efficient way. In other words you can get the results you want FAST.
Our classes burn as much as 500 calories per session. This is because every group fitness class on our timetable is based on the principles of High Intensity Training also known as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – the number 1 most effective form of training for making dramatic fitness and strength gains in the least amount of training time. It also happens to be one of the best forms of training for reducing body fat levels due to a phenomenon known as the ‘afterburn’ effect.
High Intensity Fitness Training At Dynamic Boxing
This type of training is characterised by short bursts of maximal training; going as hard and fast as you can with good form - followed by a rest or less-intensive activity. These workouts are typically short in total duration - around 20 mins. We structure all our classes be it Boxing or Power classes around this 20 minute window of intensive training and add a warmup and cool down.

It's a fat blasting workout like no other. High Intensity training is proven to burn more fat due to a phenomenon known as the ‘afterburn effect’ in which your body continues to burn calories after your workout. It does this because your body burn calories in the intensive recovery phase that follows this type of training. This afterburn effect can last up to 48 hours post exercise. Typical cardio exercise does not have this post training calorie burning effect.
