#2 Bike Ride Visits

Visiting a friend? Or going to the post office? Ride your bike for all your nearby errands. Forget the car and cycle those calories away instead…..just imagine building those glutes of steal!

#3 Walk The Kids To School

Lunch check, school uniform check, homework check, breakfast check and then walk your kids to school! This is not only great for your waistline, its also good for your kids and for some family time.

#4 15 Minute Power Car Wash

Have your car washed in 15 minutes with the powder car wash! Get everything ready, the water, the hose and the sponge, and then run around your car getting it spik and span.

#5 Park Far Away

Don’t be lazy and park right next to the supermarket, park a few blocks away and walk to the shops. Plus if you carry your shopping bags back to the car you will be working your muscles as well!
