All of our trainers are Cert III & Cert IV qualified and above, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Laska is the owner of Dynamic Boxing and is a former competitive boxer and bodybuilder. She brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.
Chris was introduced to weightlifting at an early age, so it’s no surprise that he went on to compete nationally. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.

Mernellie has always been into fitness, and recently made the change from a career in accounting to a career as a trainer! When she eats a pie she uses a fork and demolishes the top first, followed by the inside, then the sides...then the bottom! Mernellie loves watching people develop into a better version of themselves through group fitness.

Adam has well and truly swallowed the Spartan pill and has crawled, climbed and grunted his way through a number of OCR (Obstacle Course Race) events and is always preparing for the next one. His training has an OCR-specific focus that will get you race ready whether you’re in it for fun or competition.
