All of our trainers are Cert III & Cert IV qualified and above, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Chris was introduced to weightlifting at an early age, so it’s no surprise that he went on to compete nationally. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.

Mernellie has always been into fitness, and recently made the change from a career in accounting to a career as a trainer! When she eats a pie she uses a fork and demolishes the top first, followed by the inside, then the sides...then the bottom!
